• Our commitment
  We want everyone who visits this website to be able to find information, book a tasting, and get in touch, regardless of ability. We're a small, independently run business, so we don't have a dedicated accessibility team or a full technical audit - but accessibility is something we take seriously and keep working on.

This site is built on Squarespace, which handles much of the underlying code, structure, and hosting. Squarespace publishes its own accessibility information, which you can find at squarespace.com/accessibility.

• What we aim for
  We aim for this website to be usable by people who:

  • Navigate using a keyboard rather than a mouse

  • Use a screen reader or other assistive technology

  • Have low vision, colour blindness, or find small text difficult to read

  • Have a cognitive or learning difference that affects how they process written content

We've written page content in plain language, used descriptive link text and headings, and added alt text to images where we can. We're aiming towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, which is the widely recognised benchmark for accessible websites — though as a small business without a formal audit, we can't guarantee we meet it in full.

• Known limitations
  We're not aware of any specific accessibility barriers on the site at the moment. If that changes, we'll list any known issues here along with what we're doing about them.

• If you have trouble using this website
  If any part of the site is difficult for you to use, please don't struggle with it — get in touch and we'll help directly. You can:

  • Ask us to complete a booking for you over email or phone instead of through the online form

  • Let us know about any specific barrier you've hit, so we can look into fixing it
