All of our tastings are suitable of groups from 6-12 people.
Introduction to Wine Tasting
£300
This tasting is perfect for those that are new to wine tastings, or have been to a tasting at a restaurant, bar or winery in the past but feel like they have a lot of unanswered questions.
The tasting explores a number of wine styles (usually 6) that express very different wine styles that you may or may not be familiar. Composing of 3 white wines and 3 red, it gives a broad understanding of wines and grapes that you will see in retail and hospitality to help you build your knowledge and hopefully find a new favourite or at least a wine surprise!
Introduction to Wine tastings are very easy going, and like all our tastings there is plenty of time to ask those burning questions that you have always wanted to ask!
We meet you where you are at, therefore are happy to go into as much or as little detail that you want. Perfect companion if you are hosting a dinner party!
Themed/Alternative Wine Tasting
£360
A specific country, region, grape or more general theme.
This tasting is ideal for those that what to learn a little more about wine and often know the basics. For example:
Grape: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Shiraz/Syrah, Bordeaux Blends etc from around the world
Countries: Spain, France, New Zealand, South Africa etc looking at all styles in a specific country
Region: Southern Australia, Loire Valley, California, Marlborough, Burgundy, Rioja
Theme: Female Winemakers, Organic Wines, Vegan Wines, Sustainable Wines, Aromatic Wines Lesser known wines etc
If you know what tasting you would like, please state that on your booking form. Like all tastings, there will be plenty of time to ask those burning questions!
Sparkling Wine Tasting

One of our most popular tastings, the sparkling wine tasting gives you the chance to try multiple styles of sparkling wines (usually 6) all at the same time.
It is rare at home that you would open 6 sparkling wines at the same time and really compare them, so we want to give you that opportunity.
From Prosecco to Cava, Champagne to English Sparkling, this tasting guides through the different styles and production methods so you really do leave knowing your stuff.
No doubt you already have a preferred sparkling wine style, but this tasting helps you understand the reason why and can also open your mind to other styles that you may not have heard of.
A truly fun fizz filled evening - a one that everyone enjoys!
Champagne Tasting

This is a personal favourite of OWT, we love a Champagne comparison tasting. A little like our Sparkling Wine Tasting, how often do you open multiple Champagne’s in one evening to compare?! (No judgement if you do - but can we have an invite?)
This tasting explores many houses, styles and blends that allow you to truly understand what is on the label and how the different Champagne’s compare.
From Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, Vintage and Demi-Sec - we explore them all!
Whether you are brand loyal, new to Champagne or a sparkling pro - this tasting is always full of surprises and really elevates an evening with your guests.
